Erin McGonagle is a Partner in the Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Practice Group. She is an experienced insurance coverage attorney whose practice focuses on complex coverage litigation and counseling for insurers. Erin represents clients in a wide range of coverage matters, including environmental, toxic tort, products liability, construction defect, professional liability, fidelity, marine and reinsurance claims. Erin also has notable experience handling appellate matters and has successfully advocated for clients at both the trial and appellate levels.
Known for her strategic approach to complex insurance disputes, Erin advises clients on coverage issues and litigation strategy across a broad spectrum of risk and liability exposures. Her practice encompasses all stages of coverage litigation, from pre-suit analysis through appeal.
